How do you show your employees/team that you value their efforts?

Words of encouragement are better than nothing...plaques, Starbucks cards, yeti's, stickers??

Sure. They will say "Thanks" because you sign their paycheck.

Don't you want them to say, "Wow! I can't believe my team leader/company just did that for me!"
